Bill RogersAs a member of the Multiphase Flow Science Group at the National Energy Technology Laboratory, Dr. William A. Rogers, Ph.D., is responsible for planning and managing multiphase flow research activities supporting the Crosscutting Research and Advanced Gasification programs. Dr. Rogers’ research background includes computational fluid dynamics development and applications to various energy conversion and environmental control devices including gasification, chemical looping, gas turbine combustion, fuel cells, fluidized bed boilers, and solids handling devices. Dr. Rogers is a graduate of West Virginia University, a Registered Professional Engineer, and has been working at NETL for 33 years in various research and management roles.
